Pulpiña RD

Pulpiña RD home page with its three stores: Moon, Sunshine and Men

An alternative fashion store in the Dominican Republic, with three sub-brands sharing one catalog.

The problem

Pulpina ran its sales almost entirely through Instagram, handwritten notes, and memory — no centralized catalog, no reliable tracking, and no way to search products or analyze the business. Checking sales and preparing reports could take most of a workday.

My role

I designed and developed Pulpina's e-commerce platform and internal operations system: the storefront and the admin tools behind it. Unlike STEMise and Together Sports, I also continue to manage and maintain it myself.

The process

I mapped the existing workflow and rebuilt it around one centralized system: a customer-facing store plus admin tools for products, orders, inventory, and sales — built around their real first-come-first-served order process, not a generic e-commerce setup.

The results

Centralized a catalog of roughly 300-500 products, replacing Instagram. Added searchable products, order management, and inventory tools, and automated recurring sales work. The business now runs significantly easier, with more purchases since launch.

Current impact

In September 2026 alone: 347 users (+91% vs. August), 498 sessions, 4,188 page views, 764 products viewed, and 133 add-to-carts (+565%).

Together Sports

nonprofit Mar 2026

Together Sports home page with its motto Play Loud. Build Strong. and program photos

A youth sports nonprofit running four programs under a single brand.

The problem

Together Sports existed entirely offline. There was no website, no digital brand, and no central place to understand the organization, discover its programs, or find class information — their only online presence was a USTA booking page for free classes.

My role

I built Together Sports' digital presence from zero: the logo, brand identity, visual system, website, database, CMS, blog, and the infrastructure behind it. As with STEMise, I handed it off after launch — the organization runs it on their own from here.

The process

I started with the brand and visual identity, then designed the site around how people interact with Together Sports — program info, story, impact, blog content, and class availability, all in one hub, connected live to their USTA data.

The results

Created Together Sports' first complete digital presence and established its visual identity and brand system. Built a custom website, database, CMS, and blog, integrating live USTA class data. The site is now active in the organization's growth.

Current impact

2,000+ youth coached, 20 communities served, 3,300+ volunteer hours, 40 coaches trained, 10 partner organizations, and 1,500+ pieces of equipment donated.

STEMise

nonprofit Apr 2026

STEMise home page with its headline, navigation and calls to action

The platform for a youth-led STEM education nonprofit active in more than 30 countries.

The problem

STEMise already had a website, but it wasn't doing what the organization needed. People couldn't easily donate, volunteer, partner with STEMise, or access its STEM kits and learning paths — and the organization lacked the digital systems to support those interactions.

My role

I completely redesigned and rebuilt STEMise's digital presence from the ground up: branding, visual identity, UX, content, frontend, backend, CMS, and forms. Since launch, the STEMise team runs the site day to day — I built it to work without me.

The process

Rather than redesigning the site page by page, I rebuilt the experience around how people interact with STEMise — learning about it, donating, volunteering, and partnering. I built the architecture and a CMS giving the team full control over changes.

The results

Completely replaced the previous website and digital experience. Built a CMS for the site's content, added donation, volunteer, and partnership forms, and created a platform for STEM kits and learning paths. The site is live and actively used.

Current impact

$35K+ raised, 159K+ people reached, 2,000+ students empowered, 100+ members, 102 countries represented, and 200K+ impressions.
